Return policy

At MAN CODE we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the product sent, we will facilitate the exchange or replacement of it, as long as it is for any of the following reasons:

 

  1. Damage or defect of the product, notified up to 24 hours after receiving it.

  2. MAN CODE dispatch error regarding the type or variation of the product, which must be notified up to 24 hours after receiving the order.

  3. Change of sizes (applies only to the category "Leather bracelets") .- In case the size of the bracelet is not the right one for you, we give you the option to change the size or change it for another model that has the required size . However, since the measures are detailed in the description of each product so that the customer can make a successful purchase, MAN CODE will not assume the shipping costs for both return and replacement of the product. If you need to change the size of a bracelet, MAN CODE must be notified up to 48 hours after receiving the product.

  4. Discounted or clearance products are not subject to exchange or return.

 

To proceed with the change or replacement of the product, the client must comply with the following conditions:

 

  1. Make the change or replacement request to MAN CODE within the previously established deadlines, by calling +593987896425 or via email to mancode.ecu@gmail.com, stating the reasons and your willingness to change the product or request its replacement, Attaching the photographs and / or documents that support the statement.

  2. Subsequently, within five calendar days following your notice, you must return the product to MAN CODE by private courier service, preferably using the same courier company that delivered the product, to the address that will be informed in the response to your request. The cost of the courier used to return the product to MAN CODE will be borne by the customer.

  3. The returned product must be received by MAN CODE in the same conditions in which it was sent to the customer, with the original packaging and not present any alteration, otherwise the return will not be appropriate.

  4. Within 48 hours after MAN CODE receives the returned product, MAN CODE will contact the customer to confirm the exchange or replacement of the product. The cost of the courier shipment used to replace the product will be covered by Man Code when damage or defects have been verified in the product or if it was due to a dispatch error.

 

The changes or replacements will be subject to the availability of stock at the time of the change or replacement. MAN CODE will exchange the returned product for an equal one, or for another with a value equal to or less than the returned product, at the customer's choice. If the exchange is made for a lower value product, the difference will be returned to the customer through a consumer coupon that can be used in the next purchase. In case of not having availability for the change, the value of the product will be delivered in a coupon for a new purchase in the online store.

 

This return policy applies solely and exclusively to direct sales in our online store and for no reason will it apply to third parties who market MAN CODE products without your authorization.

Any change or return that occurs between the customers of the authorized MAN CODE distributors, must be processed through the distributor who sold the product, who will make the corresponding request to MAN CODE considering the same terms detailed in this policy.

 

SUGGESTIONS FOR CHANGES OR REPLACEMENTS:

 

It is important not to force, manipulate or use the product to be returned, since the first condition to proceed with the exchange or replacement of the product is that the product to be returned is returned to MAN CODE in the same state in which it was sent.

If the package arrives broken or you suspect that it has been previously opened, please follow the steps below to report it and process the exchange or replacement request:

 

  1. Take photos of the package when it is received in poor condition.

  2. Send the photos and report the immediate event to mancode.ecu@gmail.com . You have 24 hours to report any anomaly, counting from when the package is received.
